Directions for use:
Clean the wound properly with antiseptic liquid or warm water and Epsom salt mixture. Dry the wound before applying Witsalf. Apply a thick layer of Witsalf on gauze, and dress the wound. Apply cotton wool then bandage lightly. Clean the wound daily by just wiping with cotton wool or a cloth, in extreme cases two times a day.
For the first week, there can be a lot of pus and moisture draining from the wound in bad cases. Just keep on applying Witsalf and the wound will heal. If it is not possible to cover the wound with gauze or bandage just clean the wound and apply Witsalf.
Use olive oil or methylated spirits to remove Witsalf if necessary.
